Flash is the Manager of the FC Nations U9s, supporting a group of young players as they continue to develop their football, confidence and understanding of the game.

As a parent himself, with one of his sons playing in the U9s and another involved in the U7s, Flash has a strong personal connection to the Academy and understands the importance of creating a positive environment for young players to learn and enjoy football.

His approach is centred around development, encouragement and making sure every player has the opportunity to grow, both on and off the pitch. For Flash, youth football is about much more than results, it is about building confidence, friendships and a genuine love for the game.

As one of the club’s founding members and Chairman, Flash is passionate about seeing the FC Nations Academy continue to grow and provide opportunities for young players and their families to become part of the Nations community.
