Stacey is passionate about grassroots football and committed to providing young players with a positive, enjoyable and supportive environment where they can develop both as footballers and as individuals.

She has managed her team since Under-9 level and now combines that role with her responsibilities as Youth Secretary at FC Nations. Before joining the club, she held several roles at Shrewsbury Juniors, including Social Media Manager, Treasurer and Assistant Welfare Officer, gaining valuable experience across many areas of grassroots football.

Stacey believes every child deserves the opportunity to enjoy football in an inclusive environment where teamwork, respect and personal development are at the centre of everything the club does.
