Andy Evans has been involved in grassroots football since 2010, building extensive experience across coaching, management and scouting. Predominantly working within Step 7 football, Andrew has also managed at Step 6 and spent three years as a Regional Scout with Charlton Athletic, gaining valuable experience in identifying and developing players.

Andy joined FC Nations in 2025 and now serves as a Board Member, bringing his knowledge and experience of grassroots football to support the club’s continued development and ambitions.

With more than 15 years involved in the game, Andy has a strong understanding of what it takes to build successful teams and create opportunities for players to progress. Away from FC Nations, he’s a lifelong Nottingham Forest supporter and has two very different favourite players: legendary goalkeeper Peter Shilton and Brazilian magician Ronaldinho.
