Football has been a big part of Terry’s life, from playing and managing in Sunday League to moving into coaching when his daughters began playing. His coaching journey has taken him through girls’ football and the FC Nations Academy before taking on the role of Men’s Development Manager.

Terry has also supported the club in a variety of roles, including as a committee member, fundraiser, charity and veterans player, and wherever else he’s needed. Working alongside Luke and Nathan, he is focused on building a pathway that develops the next generation of FC Nations players for senior football.

Terry’s approach is centred on attitude, commitment and teamwork rather than results alone. Above all, he is passionate about giving back to the club and helping as many players and teams as possible succeed.
