I’ve spent the past five years managing grassroots football and have recently made the move into Saturday football with FC Nations. It’s been a challenge I’ve thoroughly enjoyed and one that has allowed me to continue developing both players and teams in a competitive environment.
I believe strong relationships are the foundation of any successful squad. Building trust, understanding players as individuals and creating the right culture are just as important as what happens on the pitch, and I’d like to think my man-management is one of my biggest strengths.
FC Nations is an ambitious club with exciting plans for the future, and I’m proud to be part of a group that’s determined to keep moving forward together.
Our partnerships help FC Nations create opportunities both on and off the pitch. Through the support of local businesses, organisations and community leaders, we're able to invest in our players, strengthen our programmes and continue building a welcoming club where everyone has the chance to belong and thrive.
