I’ve been involved in grassroots football for a number of years, spending three successful seasons at Shrewsbury Juniors before joining FC Nations. Throughout that time I’ve built a reputation for my passion, commitment and ability to recognise potential in players from an early age.

As Under-10 Manager, my focus is on creating a positive environment where players are encouraged to work hard, enjoy their football and continually improve. I believe development comes through high standards, confidence and giving every player the opportunity to reach their potential.

For me, success is measured by the progress players make both on and off the pitch, helping them develop as footballers while building character, resilience and a love for the game.
