Andy Edwards joined FC Nations as First Team Co-Manager, bringing a wealth of playing and coaching experience from across grassroots football. Following a long playing career that was unfortunately cut short through injury, Andy moved into coaching and has since established himself within the Salop Adults Premier League and Division One.

His coaching philosophy centres around creating positive, high-performance environments where players feel supported, challenged and valued. He believes clear communication, tactical understanding and strong relationships are key to helping individuals and teams reach their full potential.

At FC Nations, Andy is focused on building an ambitious culture alongside the management team, with the long-term goal of competing at Step 6 and continuing to raise standards across every level of the club.
