Jack joined FC Nations in 2026 as Reserves Manager, having spent the previous five years managing grassroots football. His move into Saturday football has been a challenge he’s thoroughly enjoyed, giving him the opportunity to continue developing players and teams in a more competitive environment.

Jack believes strong relationships are the foundation of any successful squad. Building trust, understanding players as individuals and creating the right culture are just as important as what happens on the pitch, with man-management being one of the key strengths he brings to the club.

FC Nations is an ambitious club with exciting plans for the future, and Jack is proud to be part of a group that’s determined to keep moving forward together.

Away from FC Nations, Jack is a Wolverhampton Wanderers supporter and counts Rúben Neves among his favourite players.
