Football has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, first as a Sunday League player, captain and manager, before moving into coaching when my daughters began playing the game.

My journey has taken me from coaching girls’ football to managing within the FC Nations Academy before becoming Men’s Development Manager. Along the way I’ve also supported the club in a variety of roles, including committee member, fundraiser, charity events, veterans football and wherever else I’m needed. I’m simply someone who enjoys helping the club grow.

My passion is developing players through attitude, commitment and teamwork rather than focusing solely on results. Working alongside Luke and Nathan, we’re building a pathway that prepares the next generation of FC Nations players for senior football.

At the heart of everything I do is a desire to give something back. I don’t coach for recognition—I coach because I genuinely want to see as many players and teams as possible succeed.
